My wife was recently diagnosed with colon cancer . The surgical treatment resulted in four operations and nearly two months of hospitalization and home care. I was referred to Busi Sibanda and Enerjoy who provided us with day carers both at home and at the hospital.

The service that Enerjoy provided was both empathetic and professional. The quality of the two carers that were assigned was superb and greatly assisted in the recovery process. Their reliability could not be faulted and gave the family complete peace of mind. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Enerjoy.

The carers are in constant touch with the office, they send regular reports about the patient. When I needed to make changes I sent a message to the manager and the matter was attended to immediately. They send schedules to the patient when changes are made.

Altogether Enerjoy is extremely well organised and I can recommend it.

Here in South Africa that we could rely on for my late Mom. There is no doubt in my mind if it wasn’t for the incredible leadership of Tessa and her team that this would not have been possible. We partnered very well, and I messaged and WhatsApped with the team as well as a weekly Skype singing session with my Mom, as her speech was limited due to her Dementia.

We employed Enerjoy after they came highly recommended to provide home care for my terminally ill father who had cancer. My wife was diagnosed with stage IV cervical cancer and towards the end the burden of care intensified. I contacted Enerjoy for assistance and was immediately impressed with the care and understanding the situation was approached.

No question was left unanswered and they were able to perfectly match the caregiver with my wife’s profile. There was an immediate connection and that made things much easier.

Unfortunately my wife has passed away but we will remain eternally grateful for the help and support our caregiver provided over that trying period, it made a big difference to our lives.

The communication back to our extended family was regular, consistent and accurate. The ladies were a delight and felt like part of the family after a few days. They were also willing to train our existing companion care-givers in some of the basics of post-operative care leaving us in a far stronger position at the end of the support period.

In the beginning we needed live-in 24/7 care, and as he began to recover we eased into daytime nursing only. The nursing staff we were allocated were well matched with our needs, well-trained, experienced and exceptionally responsible, caring and empathic.

I just wish to express my sincere appreciation for the support and care that you all provided to my Mother.

As you are all aware my Mother passed away a couple months ago – however I wanted to convey my thanks for everything that Enerjoy did in giving my Mom the best quality of life she could have in her final years.
